ELECTRICIAN:

Hawkeye Iowa Grain Systems is hiring for a QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN to join our team! 

Responsibilites:

  • Residential, commercial and grain dryer wiring

FOREMAN:

Hawkeye Iowa Grain Systems is hiring a FOREMAN to join our team!  Experience is helpful, but we will train the right person.

Responsibilities:

  • Able to work 50+ hours per week, including occasional Saturdays
  • Supervise on-site work crew
  • Train and develop new employees
  • Installing, dismantling and repairing mechanical equipment
  • Fabricate steel structures
  • Interpret basic blueprints, diagrams and service manuals
  • Operate forklifts, scissor lifts and aerial boom lifts, OTJ training provided
  • Diagnose mechanical problems
  • Work safely and efficiently, adhering to OSHA safety policies and practices at all times
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Occasional travel

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Valid CDL
  • Welding experience
  • Able to tolerate heights
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Millwright experience required

Responsibilities:

  • Able to work 40-50+ hours per week, including occasional Saturdays
  • Installing, dismantling and repairing mechanical equipment
  • Fabricate steel structures
  • Interpret basic blueprints, diagrams and service manuals

  • CDL (or the ability to obtain one)
  • Welding experience preferred
