Hawkeye IA Grain Systems recently announced the purchase of Sumner Electric Motor Shop, located in Sumner, IA. The decision to merge these two operations together was an easy one as it made sense to expand into grain dryer sales and service as well as providing electric motor service to our agricultural customers. With this expansion, Hawkeye IA Grain Systems/Sumner Electric Motor Shop partnered with Mathews Company, which will now provide us with access to top of the line dryers.

Chris Gefaller is the owner of Hawkeye IA Grain Systems/Sumner Electric Motor Shop. Together with wife, Jen, we have built this business to what it is today.
